Alcohol could have done the same for you, take it every night and you'll be on your way to alcoholism. Same for any drug that helps you sleep. First it works, then it only works at higher dose, then you cant sleep without it.

When they started me on it I wasnt even aware where I am. I was so high my friend needed to lead me to the toilet. I couldnt unlock my phone because I had no idea how it worked anymore. Slept for a solid week, and after that 17 - 20 hours a day, and my muscles were stiff and trembling
