I've looked similar threads but I can't find any answers. Stan's guide states olanzapine ,which is used as an antipsychotic mostly, as one of the six antiemetics that will do the work. Do I have to use olanzapine regularly in order to work as an antiemetic or can I just take it one time 45 minutes before drinking sn ? Latter case scenario what dosage would that be?
Any guidance would be really helpful, thank you.

This is a hard question. I think olanzapine takes a few days to kick in ? Like slow release type . I'd imagine you'd have to be on it for a couple of days prior

Apparently taking around 5-10 mg of it daily for a couple weeks prior, will make the antiemetic effect kick in.

From what I've read, the impression I get is that olanzapine is not as powerful as meto, in the short term. I take olanzapine daily and I have never had any of the dopamine related side effects that people can get from a stat dose of meto.

I take Olanzapine daily and I DO HAVE the dopamine related side effects, aka the anti-nausea side effect. Olanzapine makes me want to eat, it makes me hungry.

It's same with me. Olanzapine makes me hungry and eat more. And it does have the anti-nausea effect because without it, I feel so nauseous all the time.
