Hi, long time lurker, first time poster. I'm intending to CTB soon with SN. I have olanzapine prescribed as an antipsychotic but I have read that it also functions as an anti-emetic. Would anyone have any thoughts on the dosage for this purpose in an SN protocol? Stan's guide and the PPeH only suggest dosages for metoclopromide.
I have olanzapine 10mg tablets - would I take these in the same way as metoclopramide leading up to ingesting the SN as described in Stan's guide?
This concerns me as the sedative effects of that much olanzapine would be quite pronounced and could lead to me falling asleep before I can mix and ingest the SN. Or is my regular daily dosage of olanzapine enough to provide the desired anti-emetic effect?
