It's kind of hard to describe, so I'll try my best to describe it in the least weird way possible. To get it clear from the start, I absolutely do NOT wanna fuck her, nor would I fuck her even IF given the chance, with her consent and everything.

However...it's kind impossible NOT to notice than my mother is an objectively attractive woman by most beauty standards.

To start off, she's rather young for a mother. She had me when she was only 23. I'm 21, almost 22 today. She's 44, almost 45 today.

Beyond being a rather young mother though, she also looks young EVEN FOR HER AGE. She looks like she could be in her 30s, or hell, even late 20s.

Besides her being young, and looking young even for her age, though...by objective standards, ignoring the fact that she's my mother, she's rather beautiful and sexy.

Her body looks great, to start off. She's slim AND curvy at the same time. She has sort of an hourglass figure. You know...big breasts, big butt, big thighs, small waist. She even has a flat stomach. She takes real good care of herself.

Her facial features too...she has smooth skin, medium length brown hair that reaches the upper back/shoulder area, beautiful green eyes, a great smile, etc.

Having such an objectively attractive (by most beauty standards) mother who wears SUCH revealing clothes...it's made me uh...rather confused over the years...I know FOR A FACT if she was ANY WOMAN besides my own mother I'd be EXTREMELY attracted to her...but...she just HAD to be my own fucking mother didn't she...

I never claimed I wanted to have kids though? Either way, with all the mental illnesses I have, basically EVERY SINGLE ONE that exists under the sun...including but not limited to Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, ADHD, Autism/Asperger's, anti-social personality disorder, narcissist personality disorder, multiple personality disorder, etc...definitely an awful, AWFUL idea for me to have kids.

Besides that, even if I was mentally healthy I wouldn't wanna bring new life into this piece of shit world anyway. Bring them into this piece of shit world just so they can suffer...I don't think so.

It's perverse, unhealthy and gross . However I don't think it's a valid reason to CTB in isolation . It's not a debilitating, chronic disease and it's something that can be treated .
Please get some help from a good psychologist who can steer you away from these thoughts and won't freak out after you confess .

No matter the severity of the issue, you should do something to get yourself out of this mental state. If you are suffering with intrusive thoughts about incest you can go to a therapist and practice things like cbt/dbt.

It is definitely not uncommon to have thoughts like that. Some of my friends have said they think their moms are attractive. One went as far as saying that he would let his mom join in if his girlfriend and mom were okay with it lol…..that is more on the extreme side and more on the crossing the line that should not be crossed tho. I think you're brave for talking about it. We can't actually entirely control who we're attracted to. We can only control whether we act on it- and you've made it clear that you won't. I've pretty much always gone for older guys. By at least 10 years older. Lots of people would find that perverse. That could even be father figure related- who knows? I've even fancied married men. Again- it's not like I enjoyed it- not like I'd act on it either. (Not like I'd have the chance if I did- lol!)

Still- if it's causing you a lot of distress- you can- I've found stop yourself from fantasizing about her. That's what I had to MAKE myself do to get over my various bouts of limerance.
