Help Obtaining SN (UK)

I've just tried partial hanging and messed that up, my preferred method is SN but have no idea where to obtain it from in the UK. If anyone could share their source I would be most grateful.

To message other people you need to have posted more, I think it's 20 total posts. The games area is a good one to get post numbers up.

I would also like to know about SN in the UK having failed partial hanging due to SI.
