Observed SN deaths

There is a list of 25 sn deaths in the PPH from eyewitnesses. They say the list is not complete.

Most seemed to have died peacefully. Some vomited but died anyway. An 89-year-old woman died quickly but not as peacefully as expected.

I don't think it will help us much. But here's the list

of the 20 people who did not take antiemetics, only three vomited. All attempts ended in death.

Apologies for this probably obvious question, but what is PPH? I've searched the forum but haven't found any answers so far.

The woman whose death was "not as peaceful as expected" was unconscious in 10 minutes and died in 35 minutes. I wonder if they meant there was some discomfort before she fell unconscious or if they're talking about weird breathing/death rattle once she was unconscious. Sleep apnea alone can be disturbing to someone observing it, but the person who is asleep isn't aware of it.

Thank you for posting this as it's extremely helpful information. I did some more digging and found the table in the 2022 PPH:

By early 2021, Exit had received over 20 eyewitness reports of 'nitrite deaths', some with video footage. All deaths were relatively peaceful. The details that were noted of these deaths included: the person's weight, age, gender, health status ete., the amount of the salt taken, symptoms experienced, time taken until loss of consciousness (LOC) and time from ingestion to death (TOD). These are the basic physiological indicators which serve to determine the manner of a death.

While these data are far from complete, the TABLE summarises the known factors of 22 deaths from 2018 to the present. What can be learned from these data is the following:
Metoclopramide is elective
Potentiation works but is not essential
Sodium Nitrite is legal to purchase and possess but sources are increasingly restricted.

For people who were being observed as they used SN the notes about symptoms are very few. They could have been more descriptive. Only 3 even tell time until loss of consciousness.
