i want to try this one. does it require very hard squeezing ? i have fragile body so i think it should work. should i tie them like i tie my shoe laces ? can ladies help me which ones to choose from amazon.uk ? i dont know if knee high would work for me or i need higher ? probably i should get thigh stockings.
