You just have to fight harder than normal people do. You just have somethings you can only tell your therapist. You just can't express yourself much around people, you just have to asked to be excused and then when alone just yell as loud as you can. You just have a moral obligation to protect innocent people from yourself and to make sure you don't treat them the way others have treated you... and that can be the hardest thing to do. You're just not allowed to be a kid anymore unfortunately and that's fine. It's what it takes. You just have to set up boundaries somehow and you have to be honest. You don't have to know everything, it just means you have to breathe and focus on your breath and stop and think a lot more than normal people do. People will get angry at you and that's ok. It just means you have to apologize a lot more than everyone else.
You're just different in a way that most people find offensive, and that's ok. It just means that in order to be sane you have to be a little crazy.
