noose advice.

I've pretty much exhausted all options at this point. no luck in getting SN, a firearm, inert gas. I've decided to go into the woods and bang myself from a tree. this is the rope I bought; says it can hold up to 200 pounds. I'm 160. wondering what kind of noose would be the most effective to prevent the rope from breaking or having a failed attempt.

Slip knot is the best from what i have read. Not the hangmans knot.

There is a guide on here somewhere that was good
