I think that's the point.

No one understands my damage either, but to me it's all too clear. I was born, the cord was cut and I was alone. It's been that way ever since.
I grew to like it, because I knew I would be the only one to truly understand, and I would always have the clearest understanding out of any one I ever met.

Born alone, die alone. I understand. As I age it seems the cruelty of life gets more severe. I understand that. The pain explains it to me every day.

I don't know if it's nonsense or not, yet. I only know it hurts, and makes everything else more difficult.

I hope you start feeling better soon. I like deciphering your posts. It distracts me from the things I understand.

It really is true that nobody could ever understand what we go through as they cannot experience life the same way, we are all alone after all and any interaction with other people would likely just make things worse.

This is because people often invalidate and dismiss what others go through as they just don't know what it's like. But life really is such a terrible thing and I hate how others think they have a right to interfere with our decision to die, they don't know what is best for us as they are not experiencing our existence. Pro life type people who wish to restrict method options disgust me. No matter what suicide should always be respected as being a personal decision.
