I got up at three o'clock now I look at the clock five hours later and I can't tell what I did for the last five hours. Is anyone else like that?

For me pre-COVID years seem much closer. I can remember exactly what I was doing in late 2019.Anyone else feel like COVID really messed up their perception of time. Like 2021 was a couple years ago and 2020 was like decades ago for me. It's so weird to think about.
In general, people with adhd have difficulties perceiving time. This is usually referred to as "time blindness." Meds do not tend to improve this issue.Adhd meds followed by a google search made me realize the correlation between dopamine levels and time perception.
paradoxically my time perception was worsened by the meds, probably cuz i took a lot, and the rebound withdrawal probably played a big role,
found myself checking the calender to see what month this is..
