I've been digging into alternatives since I realized the ratchet wasn't working out. I found the C Pap mask and nitrogen technique and it sounds like the way for me. I was thinking about charcoal and a tent but nitrogen sounds much faster, less likely to fail and I wouldn't even need a tent. I could just go to the field by my home at night and go out under the stars.
I can't find a nitrogen tank that ships full though and the closest gas supplier to me is like 50 miles off. I don't even drive anymore from my dizziness and I can't have my wife drive me. I can barely afford the cost of the nitrogen so I can't pay for a 100 mile uber. I need to find a tank that ships full and not just locally. I've found a couple of brewery suppliers that are nowhere near me and only ship locally.
