Nitrogen Set-up

Hi,

I have figured out nitrogen tank and regulator I am buying, I need a flow meter as well? That screws onto the other part of the nitrogen tank? Then the tube is connected to the regulator?

However I am going to go the CPAP way with sealed edges and am almost positive it will still work.

I hook up the flowmeter to the regulator? Does anyone know what to use for the pressure of the regulator? That is liters per minute?
