Discussion Nitrogen method fails?

Hi everyone. Recently I've been considering the nitrogen method. I'm female 29 and I know nothing about gases or how to use them. I read up extensively on this method and I've watched YouTube vids on how to open a cylinder and attach a regulator etc. Still I feel like I'm going to mess up. Even if I did get the nitrogen cylinder, turkey bag, pvc tube, tape and all that, I still feel like I'm out of my depth to do it. Like, so I need to open the valve to the cylinder first before using it? Will taping the tube inside the bag be enough? Will the bag stay on and work? I'm just worried it won't work at all. I've thought about getting a lawn chair and strapping myself to it so I don't spasm and remove the bag. Or maybe I will strap myself inside my car. Idk. I keep seeing ppl fail and it doesn't work. Or there is a problem with a leak or something. I don't really know why I made this post. I'm just nervous I guess. Maybe I want some comfort or advice?
