Nitrogen Exit Bag - Any People in UK?

I'm based in the UK and looking for options for self euthanasia as a result of poor health. I read the book 'Peace Pill' and I'm researching into the Nitrogen Exit Bag. I'm having a hard time sourcing the following that are compatible with each other:

Nitrogen Cylinder
Inert gas flow meter with regulator
Inert gas nut and nipple
PVC clear vinyl tubing

However, I'm unable to source a flow meter and regulator (I'm not sure on compatibility) and a compatible tubing.

Is there anyone in the UK who can help and/or work together on this?

Where do you get Exit bag? Final Exit book advises constructing using turkey bag and sweat/headband? Anyone know how to construct properly?

What is the connection type for inert cylinders in the UK?
In the USA, it is CGA-580.....cga is "Compressed Gas Association" which is a USA organization that sets standards for things such as this.

I believe your gas suppliers tank will use a BOC / Male Bullnose BS 341 #3 which is NOT the regulator you posted.

There are other companies where Nitrogen tank is 24.32x1/14 and Argon tank is 21.8x1/14 both external/outter threaded (Compared to your supplier, the thread is internal). I think the regulator you posted is for this type of bottle.
