Hi, this is my first post here. PPH says this method (inert gas) isn't suitable for someone with restrictive or obstructive lung issues, but isn't clear on whether it's simply because it takes longer or if it just won't work at all for other reasons. Does anyone know more about this? I have mild lung issues (restriction due to scoliosis; mild asthma when I get sick) and need to know if I could still go this route.

I wish I could help you with this. The pph is directed towards elderly people so it may be a matter of discomfort and pain. I can't see how depriving your brain of oxygen would fail as a method. Just my opinion.

Good luck and take care, let us know if we can help with anything else
