Curious if anyone has done the blood test with nitrAte?

I've read a few posts that people were gonna try it but never posted results. Has anyone done this with both nitrite and nitrate? If so, did they look the same? In color? Consistency? Any other differences or similarities would be so helpful!

From what I know Nitrate is woefully ineffective for ending oneself. Unless that you eat a *lot* of it, but then again you can also die from eating enough table salt.

Nitrite and your blood get chocolately brown.
Well that is what I know from a medical report from the chemical company that makes it. They did that because it has become popular for ctb and that is what the autopsy sees and the emergency people see. Just what I read.

Chocolate coloured blood sounds pretty disgusting to be honest, it is one of the main reasons why I might not be using SN. I just like my blood red.

me to
Personally not my choice, but here is where I found the blood info and what happens. Maybe think it over a while. Give yourself some time. Peace.
Nitrite crosses the gill epithelium and binds with hemoglobin forming methemoglobin impinging on the ability of the blood to carry oxygen to bodily tissues. Methemoglobin turns blood into a brownish color as the nitrite preferentially binds to the hemoglobin precluding oxygen uptake.

No, I know that nitrate should not be used, my question was in reference to if anyone had performed the blood test using both 'ite' and 'ate' so it could give a little comfort knowing the blood test touted on here for SN has some validity.

I'm also not sure about the value of the "blood test", we don't know if nitrate doesn't look any different.
Sorry for a bit icky idea, but I wonder if a menstruating person could use fresh menstrual blood. Not very practical, just wondering.
About "liking my blood red", I think it would be fun if it changed into the "glow in the dark" liquid. Bright purple could be fun too.
