(night night) anyone else hear that weird noise

still trying to find my sweet spot, albeit less regularly now since im trying to look at other methods. but aside from that has anyone else sometimes heard that weird noise? like whee-oo whee-oo. whenever i get that i dont have much pressure buildup in my head but it also isnt My Sweet Spot because ive not come close to passing out so far. not a question about the method itself, just asking if anyone else has heard it
