Thank you, i definitely feel calmer.
But i'm still feeling the pit of sadness in my heart from having to be alone again after him being in my daily routine for so long.
I also wish I knew why he would do that to me, when he isn't the kind of person to do that. Its been a week, and I've been so miserable

This book is from a program called Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
It's filled with techniques for multiple occasions, inside it you will find the distress tolerance section.





Is not much, but what I can offer you is this few things I learned that helped me cope with my own struggles.
I can stay here for as long as you need.
