Hi guys,

I'm new here. From the UK and wondered if anyone knows any methods easily available to me? I saw some people talking about SN but I don't know a way to get that. I looked and you mostly have to be a business to buy it. My plan was to crush down a bunch of pills (Anti-depressants, quetiapine and over the counter painkillers). Is this viable?

Welcome to the forum! OD isn't recommended at all and SN in the UK is difficult to impossible to be obtained. You may want to have to a look in the Suicide Resource Compilation in the sticks threads. There are methods available that could be easily performed. Unfortunately it's such a difficult task to leave this hellish world in a peaceful and diginified way in such an anti-suicide society we have to live in. also, please reconsider OTC medications. ODing on the sorts of drugs you mentioned is notoriously unreliable, and is most likely going to land you in hospital with agonising pain!

Thank you, I'm just really desperate and need something in the upcoming days. Im willing to feel pain if it'll produce the desired outcome. Surely enough OTC medication would do the trick?

NO! You may suffer from organ damages in the worst case but not CTB. Look for reliable methods. And it's not recommended to do ctb in a hurry. It's important to be confident with the chosen method and it's very important to undertand how it really works, to be successful should this be your wish. This is my opinion. Whatever you decide. Well looking through the forum I have considered drowning. It isn't really a hurry I have been thinking about it most my life. So frustrating how little easy, painless methods are available.

Yes that's unfortunately true. Drowning is such a cruel and horrible method to me because it's mainly suffocation which is very unpleasant, If drowning is your choice you may want to investigate SWB (shallow water blackout).

I think that if there were easily accessible, very reliable methods that were straightforward to go through with, then that would be such a relief to so many suffering people, anything otc isn't recommended, the reality is that suicide really is so unnecessarily difficult in this world. And I think that if people could easily and painlessly ctb on accessible medication then it would soon be restricted as this society is so incredibly anti-suicide, I really wish there were easy answers to leaving but sadly it's just not the reality. Anyway I hope that you eventually find the freedom you search for.

as previous commenters have already said, ingesting OTC medicines will not end your life.

usual symptoms for an OTC OD would be tinnitus, headache, nausea, vomiting. more severe symptoms can be convulsions, seizures, coma - but very rarely death.
