I currently have SN, 10g of N and some fent lased benzos from my local drug dealer. But I feel like it would be very painful and also my SI constantly comes in even after taking ketamine. Should I just glue a buttplug to my rectum and attach it to a car causing my intestines to be pulled out causing massive hemorrhage and possibly death?
