If you have to eat something light an hour before taking N , and take a stat dose 3x10mg anti emetics 45 mins before taking N . your basically taking the snack and anti emetics together ? is that the right way to do it ? then take the N 45 mins before anti emetics.
I wonder how it would be to forget the anti emetics and just take the N on impulse .
the preparation prior is giving me too much time to think about it .
be better if it was an impulse thing .

Its possible that Angie is mixing up N with SN. Some of the reasons for taking SN after an 8 hour fast includes having nothing in your stomach to throw up and for the SN to be ingested quicker into your system.

Most people appear to have got N from A in the ppeh
