I'm at the point where I'm barely functioning. Stuff is getting bad, I need to wrap stuff up and go. I have my kit ready.

How do you force yourself to get the hell out of bed and do the things that need doing before you let yourself have relief? I've tried caffeine and modafinil, both barely make a dent. I need to get my house and pets sorted, and Im running out of time. Buying coke or something isn't practical.
Does anyone have any ideas? I need to get this done.

Try energy drinks. Do a cup of coffee then drink that right after. That's about all that helps me.

Pets are life form that rely on you - focus on sorting them out and then dont worry about the rest.

You could try refusing yourself access to your method until you've completed all arrangements. Block the room which holds it with objects like chairs. Think of what could happen if you don't do it, etc.

My apartment was a disaster for weeks. Then I got an email from my apartment complex that they were doing some annual inspection for all apartments. I cleaned my apartment and now it's super clean. I'm putting effort into keeping it clean and not allowing it to get out of control like I did before.

The only step I need to take now is to box up my stuff. Then I can go ahead and ctb.

Every single morning I go to the Kitchen Sink post abs write my list of things I need to do.
I start the same way every day.
Coffee
Take meds
Shower and brush teeth
Clean cat dishes and cat box.

I can go months without showering and brushing my teeth... days without cleaning the box which smells and isn't healthy.

Since doing my list, the rash from not showering is gone and my gums don't bleed. My cats are very happy with clean dishes and box.

It works.

Hello, today I consumed 180 mg of caffeine (this can normally cause a panic attack for me), but I was totally exhausted. Three times measured heartbeat: 120-130 bpm when walking and almost 150 bpm when climbed up the stairs, but no positive effects on energy levels. My room usually is a total disaster, but I managed to clean up a few days ago. Music can help you a little bit or anything on the background. Also you can do a challenge and set a timer trying to make everything as quickly as possible. We are afraid of something long, but technically can do some quick stuff.

And you aren't in pain? I was.
No, I am not. Everything is perfect with gums and just two teeth have tiny dots. That appeared when I used to drink coke only with sugar in huge amounts. Sugar destroys teeth.
