Need some help please...do either of these sound like good SN?

I'm not sure if I can ask this on here, if not, hopefully it will just be deleted.

Can anyone look at these specifications and tell me whether or not they would be good SN? They don't list a purity %, only an assay % and I'm not sure what that means? Any help would be really, greatly appreciated. I'm so lost when it comes to figuring this all out with SN.

Correct, assay = purity. Both 97% and 99% are high purity
