Planning to use Nitrogen to ctb.

In EU so planning to use 9L 137bar cylinder, would this work? At 200bar i can only get 2L which may not be sufficient.

Also is there any video anywhere showing how to assemble an exit bag? I have no idea and cant find anything on Youtube.

Regulator and hose I'm sure I will source.
