I tried the night night method, I think that's what it's called. I've been trying for months now and usually I get two results.
So first it's the feeling of my head almost about to explode which means I blocked my veins instead of the arteries. Now this should also be lethal but I couldn't find much on what happens and how exactly. That feeling of your head about to explode is also somewhat painful and I'm not sure how long I could take that pain. So if someone has more idea about the vein obstruction, I would appreciate it.
Second is when I start feeling weak and as if I'm losing consciousness, my arms and legs start going numb, my eyes close, dizziness and breathing slows down. I believe this is because of the blocked arteries, I hope so, if not do let me know if anyone knows. The problem in this case is that the breathing slows down so much that I feel like I'm drowning. This is supposed to be painless and quick but it wasn't. I tried to resist my instincts and stay in that state for a while which should take 10-15 secs but I just stayed that way and never lost consciousness properly. I don't have access to alcohol or drugs to slow my body down, I would like to know if someone knows some non prescription medicine which could possibly help. And what exactly am I doing wrong?
