Help Need assistance for an indian

Heya, I'm 28 M and from India. I'm about 100 kgs and 5'8. I've been planning to use any of the following techniques:

1. Asphyxiation using plastic bag. As gases are difficult to obtain here.

2. Overdoze using any sleeping pills. I've been prescribed petril md for insomnia. Not sure about the calculations and mg required.


Too overweight to hang. Life's been horrible and I'm in constant pain.

Please suggest. I'm really really desperate.

Plenty of people have CTB in India using asphyxiation via inert gas. Obtaining the gases is not a problem here but there is a need to make sure that the purity is as described by the vendor. SN is also pretty accessible in India but again you need to ascertain the quality and authenticity of it.

I've been using prescription pills to sleep about 2 years now, I don't recommend OD for ctb, unless it's coupled with something else it's extremely ineffective, even harder if there's a chance of someone finding you.
