I am planning to SWB when I have the house to myself. I have bronchitis right now so I believe it will be easy to make myself pass out. Although I would not reject any advice on how to make sure this goes over properly.

However, I have a noose prepared if things go sour. If SWB doesn't work, how could I perform a short drop suspension over a door without worrying about SI? I have dropped hanging because of SI getting in the way.
