Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I don't feel like being drugged up by a psychiatrist so I'm looking for naturalist remedies. I'm already looking into St. Johnsworth Tea and Probiotics, are there any other natural remedies you've come across?

Exorcise, eat more fresh fruits and veggies, drink water, limit alcohol, meditate, get sunlight, try talk therapy/group therapy/art therapy, keep a thought journal and a thankfulness journal. St. John's Wort interacts with a bunch of different prescriptions so double check that it won't react with anything you are taking.
Even then, some of these things might not work. I was hesitant to take medication for a while because I hated it in the past. I've started a new medication, and I don't notice any side effects. It's not really doing much for my depression either though.

Lithium Orotate is a good supplement IMO. St John's Wort worked better for me than meds. I have tried nearly every supplement - but you might have luck with other ones....But if you don't have luck with supplements, then try meds. Or even you could try meds first - depends how bad the depression is. SJW is worth trying if you are not contraindicated - it's prescribed in Europe for depression.

I asked this to a doctor once and they had the gall to tell me that the only natural remedy was a healthy diet, regular exercise, and a good sleep schedule.
Fuck that, I'd rather just be depressed. At least they didn't try to give me any medication later though.
I mean I'm too anxious to exercise and too stressed to sleep. It's annoying when all the doctor can provide is drugs. My worst experiences have been because of psychotropic drugs. I'm not totally against using them again but I'd like to try something else.
Let me help YOU understand what living off the grid, without a phone, without power, without water, without heat for over ten years can do to an autistic person, to a depressed person, to the person with neurologic and physical conditions, the person whose doctors and family and so called friends REALLY don't want to deal with the autistic, sad little screaming mimi always in pain and complaining about how they are not heard and how badly they treated and understood. It ends that person up here, on this site and others like it, fervently searching for a release from this life. These tactics you suggest only delay the inevitable while piling evidence that exit is the only answer.
Kratom helps me a lot with energy and mood. I can also recommend trying psilocybin mushrooms. The healing power of fungi is incredible. Otherwise, small changes in habits can go a long way. For me, fresh fruits and veggies, looking at artwork everyday, long walks outside, yoga and practicing gratitude have helped a lot.
