Today i called the National Suicide Prevention UK helpline and I was actually quite surprised with how good they were. Its about time we had somewhere else to call rather than being stuck with the same old Samaritans that only listen. The call i had with them was just like talking to a mate i haven't seen in a while. They seem to be a great bunch of people all based in one office rather than across the UK!! And they answered in like 2 mins! and the number don't show on your phone bill.
They are only open 6pm to 1am tho but at least is 365 on 0800 689 5652
