I have SN. However I have completed an order for N recently.

I can't seem to find a megathread or anything on SWiki. Perhaps someone can link me? As I need to know what else I need to take prior to it.

I do not think you need much, although meto is recommended. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I've been researching nembutal and it is supposed to be hooked up to an IV drip not ingested orally but people on here recommend drinking it?

It appears that the drug has a low bioavailability when consumed orally and I cannot imagine it tasting palatable. It can't be that hard learning how to set up an IV and buying basic medical equipment if you can source N.

For euthanasia, it's often (not always, depending on country and the wish of the patient) though an IV. For self-euthanasia (read: CTB), oral solutions are being used.

Setting up an IV yourself is risky. There's a very decent risk of failure and you need the right equipment. The taste of N is, based on reports, certainly not good, but if a bad taste is the worst, that's the least of my worries.

you can drink the pento vet, but you have to swallow quickly to have the 12.5 grams in the stomach before falling asleep.

usually falling asleep comes within 2 minutes of starting.

The PPEH states that 1 100ml bottle should be sufficient for an average-sized person... 100ml in a few swallows...
Lethal dose: full 100nl bottle
one bottle (100ml @60mg/ml) of vet n will be satisfactory and lead to death in 1-2 hours.

Taking an antiemetic like Meto (reglan, primperan) beforehand is recommended to help speed absorption.

There are 2 broad regimes :
1) take the meto over a 48 hour period
2) take a larger single meto dose, called a "stat dose"

Yeah, but the PPH information regarding N doesn't always respresent what's being used (or claimed) on this forum. For example, most users order 2 bottles or 100ml of N on this forum (recommended by A), some (overweight) users even 3. I guess it might depend on several factors.

Yeah I think the extra bottles just decrease time. Some go into a prolonged coma beofre death. PPH hasn't found anyone survive without medical intervention. That's why it's essential to not be found within 24 hours. 2 bottles is always just to be sure but plenty on here have just had one and cbt.

it depends, however, if your 100 ml N is dolethal (which contains 20 gr of pento), which is also more than enough for a peaceful trip (but this brand is no longer available from A and D).

However if you speak of a bottle of pento currently sold by A and D, it contains only 6.5 gr of the lethal substance, which means that it is necessary to drink two bottles of it (200 ml) to be persuaded to have the sufficient dose which will correspond to 13 gr.

Exit and Dignitas prescribe 15 gr, previously 9 (in 2011).

Are you kidding me? Jeebus...of course, the bottle I received in Feb from doesn't specify what it is, because of the fake label...

no i'm not kidding you, dolethal contains 20 gr of N, and the bottles sent by A and D are pisabental which each contain 6.5 gr of pento per 100 ml.

if you received in january it is pisabental.

yes, 9 ~ 12 grams minimum are necessary for certain death (one person), as mentioned above dignitas prescribe 15 grams.

it depends on your weight, knowing that exit and dignitas prescribe 15 grams for each audience (usually for a person of normal weight) i will avoid playing with fire

Now, the PPEH states that THAT dosage is for TWO people:
"A second (euthanasia) form is also available .At 200mg/ml, a standard 100ml bottle contains
20gm of the drug. A single 100ml bottle of 'Dolethal' would contain enough N to reliably end the lives of 2 people."

D is pink in N is clear. Two bottles of N is ideal. That's what A provides. Although as the PPH says, survival of one is rare. I think they increase dose at clinics because of timing. Makes eveytbing a lot quicker.

Now, the PPEH states that THAT dosage is for TWO people:

It is for 2 people. You do not need a whole bottle of D.
