N Protocol Megathread...Where?

Hi All,

I've searched under "N', "Nembutal, "Pentobarbitol", and nada. I've been looking for weeks. If anyone happens to have the thread of protocol, I'd surely appreciate it. Specifically about the timing of tea and toast and Meto with N. Could a person just take the stat dose of Meto (30 mg) WITH the tea and toast? Or should Meto be taken twenty min. after tea and toast, and 40 min. before N? Thanks a lot.

Tea and toast is not an necessity for N, it was just an example given by the PPeH as something light you can have before taking N. Much like with the SN method, it's better to water fast (while not drinking too much water or other liquids) for as long as you can comfortably manage but ideally at least 8 hours. The less contents you have in your stomach and small intestines when you take N, the faster your body will absorb it. Even when water fasting, try to avoid drinking during the last 2 hours before taking N so it won't interfere with N absorption (drinking after taking N is fine).

PPeH says taking 3 lots of your chosen antiemetic 40 minutes before taking N will suffice. But I think you can lower your chances of vomiting further by including the method of Stan's Guide to SN for using antiemetics. In Stan's Guide, you take 1 dose of antiemetic every 8 hours up to 5 times, then after another 8 hours take 3 doses of your antiemetic followed by N after 40 minutes. I imagine you can use this same protocol for whatever substance you plan to ingest orally to CTB.

Note if you do want to go for the 2 day method, you do not need to fast during that whole period, only just for the last 8 hours or however long you feel comfortable going without food for.

Tea and toast do not have any antiemetic properties as far as I'm aware of. The only way they could work to reduce chances of vomiting is if you directly mixed the N in with it (or take them suddenly after taking N) in order to mask the taste.

I believe this was one method a doctor did with Marion Winik's husband by mixing crushed nembutal tablets in with yogurt:

Just a little back story. This might help you.
Marion Winik is an Austin, Tx-based writer who helped her husband CTB in 1994. He had advanced AIDS and couldn't tolerate any more treatment for it. He had a wonderful doctor who was willing to help him pass peacefully. Marion agreed to assist him. The doctor procured 60 Nembutal capsules and instructed Marion to dump them into his favorite yogurt, to lessen the chance of vomiting.
She followed the instructions, adding sugar and a lot of jam to help mask the bitterness. Tony (her husband) ate it quickly and didn't vomit or even exhibit any pain. They walked around Marion's backyard for a bit, Tony drank a glass of wine then went into the bedroom to lie down. He passed within an hour, very peacefully.
The doctor felt that a little food, something easy on the stomach of an already gravely ill person, would keep the meds down without inhibiting their absorbtion.
You might consider something similar. Just throwing that out there. Have a safe and peaceful journey, whatever you decide.
