N outside the bottle

I got N from Bolivia through a friend who also goes to CTB and bought it for me too. But to get through customs, he had to pour the contents of the vials into a soda bottle. My question is, does the N inside the soda bottle spoil faster? If so, how long do I have to take it before it loses its effectiveness?
