N or SN vs Gun

I see a lot of discussion here on N and SN but considerably less discussion on just suicide by firearm. Maybe it is a question of availability, but in my opinion it seems that just shooting yourself in the head would be a much more peacful and quick death than a drug induced death that is drawn out for potentially hours. What is you guys' thoughts on this?

In the uk it's quite hard to get a gun becuase you need a proper license

Not really, you can go clay pigeon shooting but I don't think the rounds would be deadly and would just disfigured you.

When people talk about going to an American shooting range to kill themselves on here posters get really annoyed.

I would do this but I honestly couldn't do that to my parents. I've seen some pictures of the aftermath of a shotgun to the head and its pretty jarring.

I understand, I think of that too. But I want 100% guaranteed instant death. It's also symbolic for me because of my depression and anxiety and blowing the brain that has tormented my whole life out is important to me

If your country is retarded enough to ban guns, just give the gov a middle finger and 3D print a gun by yourself.
Trust me, I did that with a normal 3D printer and parts which I got from Aliexpress.
My 3D printed 9x19mm AK47 already survived like more than 30 rounds by now and I'm sure it won't fail if I choose the plan B, since after all those rounds, I didn't experience any damages in the frame.
However, I can't say that about a Glock that I printed. The frame already got some cracks after 10 rounds and I used the same strong filament like on the AK :/

Other (more legal) option, would be probably a blank gun.

It's because I don't have access and the money to buy N oor SN.. My primary plan is to use a poison and if I chicken out abd use the antidote, I won't be able to buy another one

I agree cause there's no turning back. I experienced it a few times. Someone who is really determinate maybe but as soon as you have tiny doubt you won't be able to pull the trigger.

The gory scene I would leave behind is also a factor for me.

Agreed.I am going to ctb with gun next month and that's all I think about. I know I have never been in that moment, so I don't know exactly how it will feel or be, but I am determined to focus on the instant death of one quick pull and it's over. It's the reason I chose this method because it's instant and I felt that I could do it in the moment and not have to wait around for something to work.

I don't quite agree with what is said here in this thread, without wanting to upset you, it is not guaranteed that a gun will give you certain death even when aiming at the head, inquire, some suicide attempts with firearms left people with unimaginable consequences because the bullet did not hit the brain, I had even read an article by a Spanish who shot himself while opening the mouth and modern medicine managed to bring him back to life with surgery, the bullet had not reached his brain. N remains the most fatal means and without pain or turning back possible.

You gotta get out in the middle of nowhere. You should at least bleed out. No method works if someone intervenes before you can completely CTB. Gun gives you one of the shortest possible time periods to get there. It's a little shortie bus, not a double decker.

Even if you somehow miss the brain with the gun, you're going to bleed out within minutes. The issue with the Spanish guy is that he likely got found extremely quickly and rushed to the hospital. Best way to do it IMO is with a gun somewhere like the woods or something that you're not likely to be found quickly
