So I have received two bottles of N from A and one from D. I thought two bottles would be enough but I gained a lot of weight and didn't want to risk it.
I got both emails from the ppeh available on this forum. Make sure you look at the latest 2021 jan edition updated by rain and sadness as the other ones (from 2019 or 2018) have fake emails.
A is a little bit cheaper but replies once every couple of days and then after he receives the money he stops responding. B(D) replies in a matter of minutes. I live in Europe. It took around a week to get the parcel from A and only 3 days to get it from D(B). If you have any questions I have no problem answering.

there are currently (24. June) several PPH uploads for the latest version and the contact information differs in them. I was already scammed once and really have only one chance left. I would be eternally grateful if you could share the correct mail with me.

Where are you from?
I was really worried about that too. I ordered from D last Friday and got it on Wednesday this week, I am from the UK and it didn't have any problems if it helps to ease your concerns

@katesmith has cbt using N from D. RIP. I think he jsut sends you a standard sheet with instructions and options. I saw a post where a member attached the PPH file. If you zoom in, the email can be read.

I'm not Kate. I mentioned Kate is no longer with us. She has now passed away. Yes there are instructions. I suggest you have a look for the email in the PPH which another member kindly linked you and start from there. Goodluck

Thank you .im located in europe too .im very skeptical since im afraid of raids consfications and customs .im in greece .what would u do to prevent such occasions?also which address u use ? Was it from the pph that the forum has in resources or bought the book?
