Does anyone know for sure if one 100ml bottle of N is enough for a 130lb female or do I need 2 together?

Depends how much of it you keep down and for how long. The 2nd bottle is for insurance.

The only other thing I'd say is that you need to start posting more to get your post count up a bit, be active for a period, say 24 hours or so, and you will get the search function whereby you'll be able to search out anything you need.
