N bottle

Seems absurd question. But bottle of N I have from D is sealed almost like a medieval letter. Like rubber tight top. I don't want to waste any or screw up the bottle. Any one seen this top or know how to best remove it without damaging the contents?

Use snips to cut the metal retainer off, then the rubber seal just comes off
