So for a few days, My tap water's been contaminated with Lead, not sure how much levels but I've heard that Lead could be lethal if enough get in me, could this be a reasonable method? How much would I need to drink if so?

I think you'd just get lead poisoning, and end up fucking up a lot of things like your brain, kidneys, along with everything else. Lead accumulates in your body over time, and symptoms occur over weeks. I'm not sure what happens if you chug a shit ton of lead water all at once, although when I look at the effects of lead poisoning, I don't think you'd like to find out. Either way, it seems like a terrible way to go. I'm no doctor, but if you want my recommendations: Don't drink lead.

Quick google search tells me 450mg is considered the lethal dosage which is an absolute shit ton, I doubt your water comes even close to that considering lead in water is measured by ppb/micrograms

I think over time, most likely years problems will develop. Not days or weeks.
I think people went crazy in ancient rome or greece because of lead pipes. 😉
