  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I noticed that the (no sourcing allowed) regulators have a maximum PSI, but the one I bought doesn't have one listed. I have an 80 cf tank and not sure what the PSI is on it...I did call and left a message asking if there's a pressure limit but figured i'd ask here too.

Its easy to check the PSI--Just turn the tank on--Regulator will show the PSI(should be between 2000 and 2200 PSI for that regulator

Its ok--that retailer doesn't sell nitrogen regulators to the public anymore, something happened in Australia
thank you so much for the help!!
Their regulator is green(actually says O2 regulator on it, repurposed)but Greenberg doesn't like them--Make sure that regulator is strictly attached to the Tank, use a wrench to tighten it

the regulator I got Greenberg doesn't like you mean? Or the one from australia that isn't made anymore? Because he recommended me the one I purchased lmao (sorry for the confusion, the vendor police popped up here berating me and offering no help and I had to delete some info- I do not have the australian regulator, I have the other popular option tthat is listed copious amounts on this forum lol. it is the canadian source.)

Simmer down. Putting vendors on the site exposes the vendors, and then others in the same situation can't access the items. If you put vendor names on here you can be banned. I was just trying to help you.

I get that. I'm really touchy right now and I guess it kind of felt crappy you pointed out what I did wrong without offering any help, but I'm not really a reasonable human anymore. No harm no foul.

We're all on the forum for a reason. I had no advice to offer, so I didn't try to BS you. What are the PSI available on the regulator. Does it go to 15 or 25 lpm?

no, you're right. i'm just being an ass, and i'm sorry. I don't sleep anymore, i'm just not even me anymore, but it doesn't excuse it. I don't think I've ever been this rude to someone who didn't deserve it on here before, yikes. I apologize again. I can't pull it all out right now because people are here but I'll get back to this thread tomorrow if that's ok, I also left a message with the person I got the regulator from so i might have my answer by then too.

If it is an O2 regulator, you should have the option for either a max of 15-25 lpm. The pressure in the tank doesn't matter. that just tells you how full the tank it. Make sure you have a washer on the regulator to prevent a leak. With a washer you should be able to only hand tighten it. You don't need to crank it down.

it is a nitrogen regulator but it is click style with the options you stated! I guess I got confused becacuse I read in the pph that a certain brand of regulator I am not even using can't be used with more than a certain PSI, and it does state that on their website, but it does not say anything about this on the website I purchased from for the regulator I have, so likely not an issue?. thank you again for trying to help me after I was rude to you, it means a lot.
