My time is getting close

I only want to stay a few more days.

may one point I had acquired supplies, I got rid of them and am having a hard time replacing.

my health is poor and I just don't want to kept getting worse.

it hard for me to go a couple of blocks now.

I really wanted to avoid something painful, I really wanted to keep this no involving random strangers.

I'm kinda getting desperate to go. I'm already in pain so what's so more pain right?

idk, I just hope I found a painless easy way by Monday.
