My SN regimen

before 14:00	fast for 8+ hours
14:00	10mg olanzapine
18:00	10mg olanzapine, 1000mg paracetamol
19:45	prepare 3 glasses of SN (50mg water, 25mg SN)
20:00	drink SN
after 20:00	drink backup glass in case of vomiting

What do you think?
I stopped taking olanzapine and my SN is from local chemical manufacturer.

Yes it's good, nothing wrong with that.
Don't forget to abstain from drinks/liquids for about 2 hours beforehand tho.
I've heard also about some people using antacids for faster SN absorbtion, but it absorbs in a couple minutes anyways, so it's kinda unnecessary.
