hi everyone,

I know I haven't been around that much, but I decided tonight is my night to exit life.

I wish I could have joined in more discussions and made friends, but my illnesses prevent me from looking at my phone too much.. and I was never good at socializing and making friends anyways when it comes to relationships with myself and people in general there's so much I'd redo.. but now I'm in between a rock and a hard place.

I'm following the 24hr regimen (mostly) and have 30 min til I take the SN.

taking/took domperidone, mylanta, propanolol, and a few doses of Clonazepam that I have to take the edge off. Also extra hydroxyzine but that's something I take daily.

I'm nervous but I feel like the timing is right as if I deteriorate more, I'd either get put in a hospital or a psych ward where I'd be literally tortured. I tried my best and have done a million different things, but I just keep on getting worse unfortunately.

Shoutout to anyone suffering narcolepsy, mecfs, iatrogenic medication injury, akathisia, or gaba related protracted withdrawal.

I know that not everyone is effected, but please spread the word of the damage that accutane, finasteride, xyrem, adhd stims, ssris, and benzos can do to a brain, nervous system, and soul of people that have certain physiologies.

Just took the propranolol and the Sn. Propranolol looks like a nice Hawaii blue
