My sister decided to name her unborn baby daemon, not only does it sound like demon, I looked is up and it quite literally means lesser deity. This is her second child and she wants to name it lesser deity, she claimed that he was a Greek god but its a general term for lesser deity, bc her boyfriends name is sage she wanted to have her favorite herb as his middle name and the last name they picked for him is main. What stupid people they are, I would never pick names like that, that kid will be bullied every waking minute bc of them. Main isn't any of their last names either.

Having had a name that got me bullied, I can totally relate.

But although it took me 40 years, I see myself as stronger because of the childhood bullying. I can handle bullying better as an adult maybe because I went through it as a child?

My name is older, not used now days as much, if at all, and I got hammered in school.

I wish that they would reconsider as like others here have said, the poor child might have a rough go of it growing up with the old peer pressure aspect.
