My plan

So I'm planning on poisoning.
I've thought about cyanide, but don't think I'll be able to get hold of it.
Sodium nitrite on the other hand might be more readily available.

I've thought about what I might do on the lead up...

Writing to various organisations to do a bit of 'admin':
Student Finance England
DVLA
HMRC
etc

I also know where I would do it.

I've even given some thought into what I would write in a note, but I do have one question about this...
There are a lot of people who have dragged me down and abused me emotionally over the years.
Do I:

a. Don't mention it in my note, but fill my note with peace, love and goodbyes.

or

b. Knowing that everyone will wonder why I did it, explain what has gone wrong in my life including how people have effected me.

It's a tough one.
What do you think?


Another practicality:

There's little point doing or planning anything until you actually have what you need to do it.
So, given that I'm in the uk, how would I go about getting cyanide or sodium nitrite?

SN is my preferred method and I've acquired what I need. I'm in the US, though. I've heard that SN is extremely challenging to acquire in the UK, though there have been some successful imports from Poland, I think.

As for your note, I think it should be whatever brings you the most peace. This may be a combination of the two options you described. I've written my note. It's 12 pages. Definitely describes a lot of my reasoning. I've also written twelve individual letters to special people in my life.

Why is 'SN' your preferred method?

My note:
I think I may well describe how various people have effected me.
I won't lay into them, because they will actually know who they are.
But I'm not going to make an effort to make it comfortable for them when they've acted to drag me down and make my life uncomfortable.

Why is 'SN' your preferred method?

1. Easy to acquire here in the US.
2. Relatively painless compared to other methods.
3. Near 0% chance of permanent damage in case of failure.

I wouldn't write a note saying anything critical. Just because there's no point, you won't be around anyway

Whether you write a note is really up to personal choice. I personally may write a note only so people would be absolved of guilt and bring some closure as well as what to do post-mortem (after death). As for your plan, I think it's solid but you know your personal circumstances better than I do. Anyways, I wish you peace.

Yes I'll definitely write a note, I'm just unsure whether to spell out all if the reasons why I 'did it'.

I think if people you know need to ask why, then they clearly didn't know you or give a S**t when you were alive. I won't be leaving any notes.
