Method My partial hanging method so far help

So my method so far is partial hanging with a bath robe in my dorm room closet the metal rod where people would hang clothes on. When I stand next to the rod it's about shoulder height. I'm wondering if I should do this in my college dorm room, or should I do it at home and traumatize my family? I'm thinking of putting a blanket over myself too, while I attempt and maybe with a stuffed animal. Should I do one of those scheduled messages that will send after if it would work so people can find my body? Also what knot should I use, should I use a slip knot or a noose? Considering it's not full suspension hanging? Also is it the carotid arteries where I put the rope and just kneel down putting pressure on my neck? Should I try and get my hands on a rope or is the bath robe tie enough? Idk if I can get my hands on a rope considering my family can probably see what I buy for reasons and I think they would know what it would be for. Also how long would it take to pass out and then die? What would the consequences be if I backed out or fail? How do I get rid of the guilt and SI? I'm afraid of the eternal void or hell.

Not recommended by the way. I've tried this several times in the past, 10 minutes in and all i got was full consciousness, hell of a sore throat, and SI forcing me to stand up no matter how hard i endure it. You have better chance failing than success with this method. If you really are desperate, you can use SN (it's quite easy to purchase) and combine it with Meto (this will help to avoid vomiting out the SN). If you are can't access it then, full hanging works the best. There's a reason why full hanging method used in so many executions and suicides.
Also the thickness of your rope matters too. It can significantly impact your pain, and success rate. I recommend just use hella strong electrical cables that are not sharp but not so thick compared to a bath robe, use it in full hanging. Attach it on a high tree where you can hang without touching the ground. Use the chair as a support and drop the chair whenever you're ready. Just remember, it's hella uncomfortable and painful but you'll die sooner or later (I've done this, not great sensation and still have sore throat till this day)
You'll die with this method in less than 30 minutes. But you'll lose consciousness fast.

Why cables ? That sounds painful as hell, why not a scarf or something thicker ?

Preferably, you want something strong, you want to aim less surface area, because much bigger surface area means more distributions of forces around the neck, and that's generally not something you want to do (longer time hanging, and higher risk of failure), if you use less surface area, high durability rope and jumping method on full hanging. You have better chance of success and possibly snap your neck first or press the carotid arteries, leading to much more quicker death (but as i said earlier, it may feel incomprehensibly painful. But at least, it's gonna be over)
