My parents don't understand my illness. I hope they forgive me if I do ctb.
I feel guilty leaving them behind but I'm in so much pain. There isn't treatment out there other than temporary sleeping aids - which everyone knows loses it's affect.
I suffer from pain every morning.

It is selfish for others to expect you to suffer in pain. We have the right to exit this world at a time of our choosing, it is our life and our decision. I think people can only understand health problems if they have been through something similar. I'm sorry that things are so hopeless, I understand it is hard to carry on when you are suffering. I hope you find the peace you are looking for.

You always write such comforting things. I want to thank you for that. I want peace at well. So much anxiety and OCD all the time. I want peace now

Unfortunately, some medical issues are still in the process of discovery and because technology supposedly very advanced, people are very reluctant to admit the existence of things that they cannot identify on our machines.

Doesn't help that every person feels something different.
Doesn't help that anxiety are being blamed for almost everything that it's not picked by an MRI or CT scan.
Doesn't help that mental illness is very complex and it is diagnosed simply by the doctor's observance of a patient.

Mostly all the doctor are incapable of simply admitting that they don't know something.
They have the need to sell the image of knowing everything and hm having the means to identify any illness.

Truth is, the body is very complex and the brain is even more complex.
Unfortunately, people can't seem to understand that.

I'm sorry for your parents ignoring your illness.
I'm really sorry. I hope they get to at least trust you.

Wow this is exactly what I always try to tell people. The current medical systems gives the impression that we know everything. And anything that is not clearly defined or unknown is a mental issue.
This reminds me of times where people used to think that one had illnesses because of lack of humor.

@dyingalone123 sorry that you are suffering like that. I have chronic severe tinnitus since 8 months and I can somehow understand how it's like to suffer from something "invisible" and have to constantly explain it to people. But to be honest, I wish if I could have a pill to temporarily fix my situation...
However my parents are very supportive and understanding so far and it makes my choice to ctb just more difficult.
