The less I talk about pain or express it any meaning, the better I am at handling it. Holding your emotions is the best way to go, personally. The more I share it with someone the more I feel vulnerable, so the idea of therapy is a big scam.
I plan suicide though, because I realized that how is easy to ruin your life and there should be a quick way out. I don't feel sad or depressed but I need to know how to do it.

Honestly, I think it's the complete opposite. Suppressing emotions is very unhealthy and, among other things, it increases suicide rates.
People suppress their emotions and fight their problems themselves.

If someone wants to get better, therapy is important, but it's not a magic wand, so the effects may not always be satisfactory.

It may sound funny coming from me, because I did nothing to fix my situation, but I am aware that if I wanted to get back on track, I wouldn't be able to do it alone and I would have to ask someone for help.

Not suppressing, just not showing in any way, because this will make them stronger, and it's dangerous if they are negative.
Or in other scenario
You can yell or smash things and it would be ok, but telling someone about what you feel always make it worse

I don't agree that telling someone how you feel always makes things worse.
For example, when talking to a psychologist, people should open up. Even if not completely, they should at least reveal some secrets to the other person.
This is one of the ways to work on traumas.

However, I understand your point of view and I am aware that I sound like a hypocrite, because I do not open up my emotions to other people in my life.

I feel the same. People can't stand other people talking about their feelings and problems, so why should I bother? I've been told to shut up by one friend and another group of friends when I felt down, they told me "can you stop being so negative, you're dragging our mood down" or "do you want me to cease contact to you?" (actual quotes). Well great, I'll just stick to myself and leave you all wonder "why" when I suddenly die.
