I started breaking glasses some years ago to help me not relapse it was working for a while but then I stopped doing it because I relapsed. Now I am 2 months clean from self harm and when it starts to get hard for me I just get a glass or plate and break it. Hitting it so hard to the floor. It really helps me to not harm myself. What are your alternative methods for Self Harm?
Other than that it started to get hard again after such a long time. I dont know what I want anymore. I dont know what to do with my life and my people. Breaking the glass really hard and agressive really makes me relaxed.
I only care about one person in my life at the moment and he doesnt even speak to me. I only text good mornings and good nights to him and he barely answers. Whatever I guess am I right :D
