I was re reading my neuropsych evaluation and man that doctor really made me like shit in it. Sentences that stood out to me-
"Client tends to exaggerate the amount of her experienced illness or having a characterological trait where she is self-pitying and complains."
"More recently, she has also become sulky, self-condemning, pessimistic, and quite disconsolate."
"Her symptoms are notable for anhedonia, thoughts about being inadequate and tired, suicidal ideation, and pessimism towards the future, a lack of confidence, a belief that she is worthless, thoughts of resentment, and an overall fear that expressing her anger will threaten the small amount of security she enjoys."
It really stabbed me reading this. I've been diagnosed with mild autism and inattentive adhd and severe slow processing disorder.
I wish I wasn't this way. I feel so done. I just can't get up from this. I'm 29. Turning 30 on the 21s of December. In 2 weeks. I'm so sick of this
