all i can do is cry, i'm watching her cry in front of me, just imagining how she'll react when i finally die. idk what to do anymore but try harder

I'm really sorry you're going through this, and really sorry your Mom has to experience this too.
I hope the crying helps alleviate some of the pent up pain and suffering, but I know it's much deeper than a momentary sadness.
